Filthy Fifty

For time:

50 x Box Jumps (24”box)
50 x Jumping Pull-ups
50 x 16kg American Kettlebell Swings
50 x Walking Lunges
50 x Knees-to-Elbows
50 x 20kg Push Presses
50 x Back Extensions
50 x 10kg Wall Ball Shots
50 x Burpees
50 x Double-unders

Good Result: Under 25min

Murph

For time:

Run 1.6km
100 x Pull-ups
200 x Push-ups
300 x Air Squats
Run 1.6km

Good Result: Under 40min

The Seven

Seven round for time of:

7 Handstand Push-ups
7 61kg Thrusters
7 Knees-to-Elbows
7 112kg Deadlifts
7 Burpees
7 32kg American Kettlebell Swings
7 Pull-pps

Good Result: Under 30min

King Kong

Three rounds for time of:

1 x 210kg Deadlift
2 x Muscle-ups
3 x 115kg Squat Cleans
4 x Handstand Push-ups

Good Result: Under 5min

Kalsu

For time (or total rounds to complete the workout):

100 x 61kg Thrusters (for time)
5 Burpees on the minute, every minute.

Start with Burpees

Good Result: Under 20 rounds to complete the 100 thrusters

For time, with a single 32kg kettlebell:

21 Turkish Get-ups, Right arm
50 American Swings
21 Overhead Squats, Left arm

Luce

Wearing a 10kg weigh vest, do three rounds for time of:

1km Run
10 x Muscle-ups
100 x Air Squats

Good Result: Under 30min

Nick

12 rounds for time of:

10 x 20kg Dumbbell Hang Squat Cleans
6 x Handstand Push-ups on the Dumbbells

Good Result: Under 25min

Jag 28

For time:

Run 800 meters
28 x 32kg American Kettlebell Swings
28 x Strict Pull-ups
28 x 32kg Double Kettlebell Clean and Jerks
28 x Strict Pull-ups
Run 800 meters

Good Result: Under 22min

30 rounds for time of:

5 x 10kg Wall Ball Shots
