CrossFit Games Open Workout 15.3 Tips

CrossFit Games Open 15.3 has been announced and it’s to complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 14 minutes of: 7 muscle-ups, 50 wall-ball shots and 100 double-unders.


In this first video Coach Carl Paoli breaks down how to perform the muscle-up transition by using a band and another style of transition which he calls the “scrapper”, a technique you can use to get your first muscle ups to try to score some points in the RX division of the CrossFit Games Open.
